Fixing incorrect or irrelevant items in your Daily Digest
The short version
If Fambot surfaces something that isn't relevant to your family — a marketing email, a sign-up reminder for something you're not interested in, or content from a sender you don't recognize — correct it right in the app rather than emailing support about that specific item. Tap the 3 dot menu control on the card, and optionally edit the action, mute the sender or simply delete the action so it doesn't happen again.

A quick note on emailing or forwarding things to Fambot
It's a common instinct to just reply to or forward a message to support@fambot.com expecting Fambot to act on it directly — but Fambot doesn't currently read or respond to email sent to that address as if it were talking to the assistant itself. "Email with Fambot" — where you could forward something and have Fambot process it the way it does in chat — is on our to-do list but isn't live yet.
In the meantime, the fastest way to hand something to Fambot is to use the chat in the app or reply to a text on your phone.
If the issue is bigger than one item
If you're seeing broader accuracy problems — wrong dates, wrong child's name attached to something, structurally off content — that's worth a note to support@fambot.com so we can look at your account directly. The more detail you can give (a screenshot of the digest, which item, what you expected instead), the faster we can dig in. You can also improve accuracy over time by keeping your Family Profile up to date with your kids' schools, activities, and schedules.
